Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
